Excellent freshly cooked fish & chips which is reasonably priced by today's standards. A good portion size, not too small that it leaves you hungry for more, or too large so as you feel wasteful. Finally, they accepted my old pound coins =D A very welcome addition to the area. I am now a regular!

Four of us just enjoyed delicious haddock and cod with chips, mushy peas and deep fried onions. Honest, unpretentious, and well priced. Friendly staff. Worth supporting if you appreciate well cooked traditional fish and chips.

Very friendly staff, clean establishment looks great takeaway or eat in. Main thing chips are by far the best i have had, fresh chips made on the spot unlike most other fish &chip shops. Chicken & mushroom pie was fresh as well.
